Your positive experience with HOTCROWN is very important to us and we will take care of any problem you have with any item purchased. Please don't hesitate to contact us.
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your transaction.
It is very important to us that you are happy with your jewelry. We accept returns and exchanges within the first 14 days of receiving them. The item must be returned in perfect, unused condition in it's original packaging, by registered mail only!!

Exchanges and Refunds will be issued minus shipping charges, fees, handling fees and customs, after we received the jewelry back in perfect condition.
If you have an item you bought in our shop that needs repair, please contact us by e-mail! You can mail (registered mail only!!) it back to us for repair. We want to emphasize that our repair work is done under very high standards and if the item is repaired elsewhere, we no longer offer the warranty. Please let us know if your item needs repair before you send it back to us.
We apologize but custom orders are non-refundable.
