HotCrown ships worldwide. Standard shipping services are free. Orders are to be shipped within up to 5-14 days of order placement. Products that are in stock are shipped overnight. All orders are shipped with EMS/USPS shipping. Expedited shipping is available through FedEx.
If you are having your jewelry customized, please wait for notifications for information regarding: production, completion and shipping. If an order is needed at a certain time, we can meet your date, please contact us: email@example.com. All duties/taxes are the responsibility of customer and are not collected by HotCrown.
We are happy to accept your returns for a full refund (not including shipping fee). All returns are valid for a full refund within 14 days of received shipment. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for all return inquiries. Jewelry must be returned in it’s original condition. Custom-made jewelry is not returnable. All sale or final discounted items are considered final sale.
Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with purchased item are the responsibility of the customer. HotCrown is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or transit delays. If an invalid shipping address is provided by a customer, the order will be returned to the HotCrown Headquarters.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days after returned item is received.
All HotCrown jewelry have a one year warranty. Warranty does not include scratches or indentation however, your jewelry can still be fixed with us.
