How & where are your products made?

All of our products are handmade in our atelier in Tel Aviv, Israel.  Our employees all receive good wages, a sunny studio space, and endless yummy cereal to snack on.  To see more behind the scenes, check out our Instagram @HOTCROWN.

Where do you source your materials?

All of our materials are ethically sourced and ethically crafted.  At HOTCROWN, everything is made-to-order, so each gem is chosen for a certain piece.  Because of this, we don’t buy in bulk and therefore have greater control over our materials. Our gems are sourced from Eastern Europe and all of our diamonds are conflict-free certified.

How long does shipping take?

Do you take orders over the phone and via email?

Does HOTCROWN offer gift-wrapping services?

All HOTCROWN pieces arrive gift wrapped in a box and pretty packaging! Please let us know if it’s a gift and if you’d like to include a card.  Also tell us the occasion so we can pick the perfect card

How do I check on my HOTCROWN order?

Once we receive your order, you will get an email confirmation and a package tracking number.  To request any additional information, please contact us at info@hotcrown.com.

How do I find my ring size?

The best way to find your ring size is to order our ring sizer.  It will arrive within three days.  After purchasing a HOTCROWN ring, you will be fully refunded for the ring sizer. We are always happy to help you find your ring size at our flagship boutique at 209 Dizengoff Street, Tel Aviv. If neither of those options work for you, please email us at info@hotcrown.com and we will be happy to help.

Is HOTCROWN jewelry under warranty?

We stand behind everything we make: that’s why we offer a lifetime warranty for gold and diamond jewelry.  Please note the warranty does not apply to fractured or scratched jewelry, lost diamonds, scratched pearls, and does not cover damage as a result of abuse, misuse, loss, or theft.  If you have any repairs that are not covered under warranty, or would like to know if your repair is covered, please contact us at info@hotcrown.com.

Who covers Tax costs? 

All our packages are sent from Israel so Israeli Custom fees are completely covered by HOTCROWN but your local custom, Tax or VAT charges and fees must be payed by you and HOTCROWN will take no responsibility for them.
