Refund policy

Hassle-Free Returns:

We are happy to accept your returns for a full refund (not including shipping fee). All returns are valid for a full refund within 14 days of received shipment. Please email info@hotcrown.com for all return inquiries. Jewelry must be returned in it’s original condition. Custom-made jewelry is not returnable. All sale or final discounted items are considered final sale.

Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with purchased item are the responsibility of the customer. HotCrown is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or transit delays. If an invalid shipping address is provided by a customer, the order will be returned to the HotCrown Headquarters.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days after returned item is received.
