We accept returns and exchanges within the first 14 days from when you receive your order. The item must be returned in perfect, unused condition in its original packaging, by registered mail only. Exchanges and Refunds will be issued minus shipping charges, fees, handling fees, and customs, after we have received the jewelry back in perfect condition. We take responsibility for all repair of our jewelry excluding fracture, scratches, and loss. If you bought an item in our shop or web shop that needs repair, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
The repair is free of charge; the costs of shipment are not included.
Note that our repair work is done to very high standards and if the item is repaired elsewhere, we no longer offer the warranty. Please let us know if your item needs repair before you send it back to us.
