Ring Sizing

The best way to find your ring size is to order our ring sizer.  It will arrive within three days.  After purchasing a HOTCROWN ring, you will be fully refunded for the ring sizer.

Resizing
We are happy to resize your ring if it doesn’t fit you for any reason. Resizing is possible up to four months from the date of your purchase and up to one  american size above the size of the ring. 
If it has been more than 4 months and/or you need more than a size larger, let us know and we’ll discuss the price.


How to Care for Your HOTCROWN
Taking care of your HOTCROWN pieces will keep them looking brand new. Pay extra attention when lifting big things to avoid damaging rings.  For gold and diamond pieces, we offer complimentary professional cleaning. For pieces with pearls we offer complimentary gluing in case of a pearl detaching. Customers cover the cost of shipping the pieces to HOTCROWN (about 25 USD).  Once we receive the item, we use our ultrasonic cleanser to make your jewelry look good as new. We’ll ship it back to you (on us!) so you can show off your new polished look.  If you want your jewelry cleaned, please reach out to us.

Polish your jewelry:
We would love to give your jewelry a polished and renewed look free of charge. We will clean, polish and shine your gold and diamonds and will renew the rhodium coating. 
 

On Oct 7 I lost some of my friends and family and I was in total shock for 4 weeks.
Couldn’t create anything and all I thought was ‘how we will get out of this?’ I thought my home where I grew up and all the blood soaked into that beloved piece of land.

Same color. Same ground. So I made this Star of David with ruby to symbolize the blood of my friends , family, our beloved brave soldiers and so many good people we just lost and in the same time the red flowers our residency is so know for! The flowers that will keep growing year after year and remind us not to fall down . There will be light.
