Refining approval

I hereby approve the melting and extraction of the stones, if any, by HotCrown.
I understand that HotCrown will not be held responsible for damages that may occur to stones that are not diamonds or to materials that turn out not to be gold.
I understand that I will not receive my jewelry and/or gemstones back if they shatter during the melting process, and I approve the refining process.
Additionally, I authorize HotCrown to do as they see fit with the jewelry I provided, including reselling, using the accessories for photography, and pricing.
I also understand that gold prices are estimated and dependent on the gold value of that day, and the quote I receive is valid for 48 hours.
